We all have bad days. We all have problems to solve , places to go and duties to fullfill.
and sometimes life seems like an unmeasurable pot of troubles and tribulations.
we feel like we got to a dark place and there is no light at the end of the tunnel.
we feel sad, angry and alone against everyone.
depressed and scared.
let's just face it - its human nature - we get lost sometimes.
we get confused and we lose track of our main goal in this life.
we hurt people, say things we should have not said, think bad things.
things that bring bad karma and bad attitudes towards life.
but at the end of the day, after all the screaming, shouting at each other, fighting for reasons that were already forgotten, we must take 2 seconds and breathe.
just take a deep breath.
close your eyes and remember - we are not the body. we are Souls.
and we all fight our own fights. our own wars.
let us remember to practice kindness and mindfulness towards each other.
even on bad days.
